HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You are more than welcome to contact me using my email or mobile number, but phone calls can easily be missed while I’m working with the dogs! DO YOU DO GROUP WALKS WITH DOGS FROM SEPERATE HOUSEHOLDS?

At the moment, due to the current pandemic, I will not be offering group walks unless the dogs are from the same household. This is a step I have had to make to ensure all clients and myself are kept as safe as possible while still providing dog walking services in these trying times.

ARE YOU INSURED?

The simple answer is, yes, I have full public liability insurance making me a fully insured dog walker. This covers public liability, loss of keys and care, custody and control of animals whilst out walking.

HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?

As answered above, I am currently only taking dogs out on group walks if all the dogs are from the same household. I am willing to walk up to 3 dogs from the same household, unless more than one of the dogs is a medium/large breed which is expected to pull on the lead. This is to ensure I always have full control over the dogs, preventing any incidents and protecting the public, dogs and myself.

DO YOU PROVIDE AN INITIAL MEET AND GREET?

I always provide a free meet and greet which must take place prior to the first walk so I can get to know you and your dog. At the moment, due to the current pandemic, these meet and greets will be done in the client's garden following social distancing guidelines. During the meet and greet I will ask you to fill out a short form regarding your dogs general behaviour and requirements, as well as a consent form which will need to be read and signed.
